You can book a 30 minute complementary discovery call. We will get to know one another and see if it’s a good fit. We will discuss your desired goals and the barriers to meeting your goals along with a path to accomplish your goals. The fusion of health and life coaching targets healthy habits in nutrition and exercise along with proven tools for mindset shifts and emotional regulation. Goal achievement is more lasting and sustainable with this balanced approach because your whole person and lifestyle are addressed with my accountability, systems and loving support.

A 60 minute session will include me asking questions, listening, and challenging you to make the best choices to accomplish your goals. I like to provide an empathetic, honoring and safe space for you to express challenges, explore your desires, create action steps while holding you to your highest self.
Fear, resistance, self-sabotage and anxiety may come up as you begin to create something new. As a coach I will help you navigate these feelings, create new habits, and find solution-driven action steps so you move forward more quickly.

Most people find collaborating with a holistic life coach helpful because sustainable goals are created toward wellness for the body, mind & soul. Therapy focus’ on mental health symptoms and the behaviors and thoughts associated with them and past experience relating to these symptoms. Coaching focuses on your present experience and curating specific steps to assist you in moving forward to accomplish your goals. Life coaches do not provide treatment or diagnosis for mental health disorders.

All sessions are remote, so you can experience them from the comfort of your home. You can schedule your sessions at the most convenient time for your lifestyle. Sessions can be either through video or phone calls.

The length of time for coaching depends on your specific needs and objectives. During our discovery call we can discuss your needs, challenges and the goals you wish to achieve. Once those are established, we can decide the coaching duration so you are provided with the best support, systems and accountability as possible to get your desired outcome. Some programs may be short-term, spanning a few weeks or months, and others extend for longer such as six months to a year.
