Align your values with your goals, and outline the steps to achieve them that feel authentic to you and your lifestyle. Follow through, to fulfill your dreams and live the life you choose, based on your core values.

Discover your needs and wants, core values, deep desires, strengths, self-sabotage tendencies, and magnificent obsessions.

03. Mindset

Create mental clarity by first releasing fear, self-doubt, imposter syndrome and negative thought patterns. This will help clear the way for mental shifts, reframing, emotional regulation, and new neural pathway connections.

Integrate habits and practices that nourish your body, mind, and soul - releasing stress and creating more energy, balance, and peace.

01- IDENTIFY YOUR GOALS

This is the first thing we will tackle in our sessions. Together, we will establish your goals and assess what is stopping you or blocking you from achieving them.


02 - MAKE SMART GOALS - SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ATTAINABLE, REALISTIC, TIMELY

Smart goals help you nail down exactly what you want to achieve, and make the process of accomplishing your action items much more manageable over time. 


03 - CREATE AN ACTION PLAN

An action plan specific to your goals will outline everything we need to work on and give us a broad overview of our 12 weeks together.


04 - WORK ON YOUR GOALS

Now that we have your goals and action plan, you're ready to do the hard (but so rewarding!) work. I'll give you lots of strategies, techniques, and encouragement to help keep you motivated as you achieve your goals.


05 - REFLECT ON YOUR PROGRESS

Throughout the 12 weeks we will reflect on your progress make and adjustments to make attaining your goals manageable. 


06 - CELEBRATE YOUR GROWTH

At the end of our time together we will celebrate your amazing growth!
